ABOUT SAFE CONVERSATIONS  The Family Wellness Dallas! Safe Conversations workshop is an eight-hour Relationship Education program that teaches relationship skills to couples and children alike.

Safe Conversations is provided at no-cost to participants. With childcare included, elementary- and middle-school-aged children learn Safe Conversations for kids at the same time as their parents, allowing the entire family to practice how to more effectively communicate.

Helen LaKelly Hunt and Harville Hendrix, author of the best seller : Getting the Love You Want, are bringing their world-class couple's workshop to Dallas!  Mr. Hendrix has appeared on Oprah 19 times as the “Relationship Whisperer”.

A fun mixture of demonstrations and lectures, the Safe Conversations workshop teaches couples the Dialogue Process. This process teaches you how to take turns talking and listening and builds healthy communication in your relationship. The workshop also shows how to give daily appreciations, and encourages participants to take a “Zero Negativity” pledge .
