AND BEYOND! Please check your insurance provider to see if you are covered for Telehealth. Not everyone has coverage as each plan is different. Call our office with any questions: (214) 509-6888 Individual Counseling for issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, grief, divorce, etc. Couples, Premarital and Marriage Counseling, and Family Counseling for enhanced communication, emotional connection, and managing conflict. We focus on Emotional Self Regulation, Communication Skills, Anger Management, and other Solution Focused Strategies. We combine training by Gottman, Sue Johnson's EFT, Imago Therapy as well as additional faith based trainings when requested. Counseling for Children and Teens/Adolescents includes Activity Based, Sandtray, Art and Play Therapy. We are committed to families and always offer parent consults as part of treating kids and teens. Individual providers have specialities in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and additional specialties. |
