Depression Hurts and We Can Help!

At times life circumstances can become overwhelming.  Sometime issues with our past can also interfere with how we feel about the present.  We at CCA use a multifaceted approach of healthy behaviors, current medical research and cognitive behavioral therapy to empower people to be able to shake off the blues and begin a life of joy and freedom.

Some of our clients never present with suicidal thoughts, constant crying, or inability to function but instead have a continuous mild depression or irritability.  Dysthymic Disorder is a continuous low grade depression that can be helped by addressing positivity, self esteem, and sometime a referral for medication.  Check out our bookstore for great resources and if you feel you need the support of a caring professional, we'd love to help!  Call us at 214-509-6888.
