Treatment Approach
Antoinette is passionate about helping others become better versions of themselves by providing a safe and trusting environment for her clients to process their anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger.  She hopes to help individuals, families, and veterans through life challenges in a supportive role, and integrate Christian counseling when requested.

Education and Training
Antoinette received her bachelor’s degree in management from Wayland Baptist University with a Cum Laude standing. She is pursuing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Antoinette is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).  She is also a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts) Facilitator and can offer premarital counseling to couples.

Background and Experience
Antoinette is divorced, the proud mother of four and grandmother of three, and is a retired United States Air Force veteran of 26 years of service.  She served as a security forces specialist and paralegal.  Antoinette has a background of serving in ministry, as a human resource specialist, and as a supervisor, and she has experienced and seen others encounter trauma and struggles.

Personal Statement
Life is a journey where we are bound to get stuck in situations like a record with a scratch, which may require a slight nudge to get back on track.  Philippians 4:6 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”  The goal is to help you recognize where you are stuck and provide that slight nudge.
