Community Counseling Associates is taking applicants for an administrative position. This person will need to be available from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Hours will be 20-25 per week
We are looking for someone who...

  • ...can handle scheduling for a professional counselor.
  • ...be able to work reception in the lobby during the time the clinical director is at the office.
  • ...serve as the assistant to the clinical director.

This person needs to be:
  • detailed-oriented
  • well-versed in project management
  • basic knowledge of computer skills
  • comfortable in setting boundaries with clients and staff, including the ability to say “no” if the need arises.
Since the position is a representation of the center and often the first person clients see, this person needs to remain professional in their presentation and communication. We want to present a friendly, but professional atmosphere for our clients and the center.

CCA also has a pet therapy dog. We will need admin assistance from time to time with our therapy dog, so the ideal applicant should be comfortable with handling dogs.

Send your resume with the subject "Admin Request for Application and Resume" to: [email protected]
