Personal Statement
I believe that our interactions with our family and social groups and the personal experiences resulting from those interactions form our viewpoint of ourselves and others. I believe that God does not cause bad things to happen in our life, but God can use experiences to help us grow and become closer to Him. My aspiration is to help others to feel heard and valued whatever race, nationality, religion they profess. My mission is to walk aside others as they seek a healthier way of coping with life’s tribulations and helping them in their journey of hope, understanding, healing, and change.
