Treatment Approaches
Madi works with children, teens, and adults, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
For children, she incorporates Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) to create a safe and supportive environment where play becomes the language of healing. Through this approach, children are able to process emotions, develop self-regulation skills, and build self-esteem, trust, and resilience.
With teens and adults, Madi integrates Restoration Therapy and elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the patterns of pain and coping that often influence relationships and emotional responses. Together, she works with clients to identify core emotional truths, restore a sense of safety, and develop healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others. For those who desire it, Madi is also able to incorporate a faith-based perspective into the counseling process.
Madi strives to ensure every person who walks through her door feels seen, heard, and understood. She collaborates with each client to explore the treatment approaches that best support their growth and healing. Madi has a heart for supporting young adults, postpartum moms, and families, offering a compassionate space for parents and children to grow, heal, and connect. Madi strives to walk alongside individuals as they navigate emotional challenges, difficult life transitions, and challenging family dynamics.
