Throughout my life, I have always loved helping people. It’s what prompted me to become a counselor. I enjoy listening to others, providing encouragement and support, and helping people find their own solutions to life’s challenges. I believe that people are all trying their best to navigate life in a challenging world. Sometimes, we need a bit of help and counseling can be very restorative. I feel passionate about helping others without judgement and doing what I can to assist people in meeting their therapeutic goals. I believe that truthfulness with yourself and others is very liberating and leads to healthy relationships and boundaries.
