People are unique and each person will deal with their own individual struggles at some point in their lives. Ashley’s goal is to help people access the tools that already exist within them to work through the different issues, conflicts, and struggles that come along with this life.
The treatment approaches that are used in sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief-Solution Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She also loves incorporating spirituality, journaling, coping strategies, and grounding techniques.
When requested, Ashley will integrate Christian counseling within her approaches.

Background and Experience
Ashley has been a teacher and a coach for the last 7 years within the high school setting. She wants to continue to be an advocate for adolescents by working with them within the counseling setting. While working within the school setting, Ashley has worked with many adolescents that struggle with depression, anxiety, home life issues, and identity crisis. She sees the demand for mental health needs within this population and hopes to help meet some of those needs.
Personal Statement
Each person has his or her own life experiences, culture, family backgrounds, and individual mental health needs. It is essential to realize that no one person is the same. That is what makes humans so beautiful is that we are each unique in our own ways. I hope to meet each person at the place of their individual needs and help walk alongside them throughout their mental health journey.
